Why I got important email straight to  Junk mail. I got some email from people who I don't know straight to Inbox. And I couldn't send email many times and always get notification DELIVERY STATUS NOTIFICATION ( FAILURE ) from *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I set up Hotmail App on my mobile and never got message from my business partner just got unimportant messages that I don't know and never given them my Hotmail email address.

I set up this email for my business. This email address is very important for my business as never got right always error.
