I have been trying to remove an email stuck in my outbox since yesterday.   Each time I click on it to try to delete it, i get a message saying that the email is being sent and it cannot be opened.  How do i get rid of this email.  i called tech support and was told it would cost $100 to have someone help me. When I told the gentleman on the phone I didn't have the $ he said call back when you do.  Now that's service for you.
