I have my email addresses saved as groups and when I try to send to a particular group I am getting the following message:
"Please use the following format for email addresses: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. If you're using category names or nicknames, make sure you don't have any typos.
Unknown names: xxxx"
Does anyone know how to get around this? I have never before had any trouble sending to these email contacts from my hotmail/outlook account. I tried doing a "Clean up contacts" after the first time it did it and it just seems to have made it worse! I
have tried logging out and in again, I have tried logging in from Chrome instead of IE. The weird thing is it brings up a different name each time I try to send, and once it just brought up the message above with "Possible typos: c"??!? how can one letter
be a typo? And I can't even find where this is in the "mail to" box. I always use BCC for large groups of emails.
I need to email to these contacts for my business so a speedy response is really appreciated!
Thank you
Laura
