Email Retrieval

Hi There,
I deleted an email from a couple weeks ago in my Hotmail and have been unable to retrieve using the "Retrieve Deleted Messages" link in my trash can. Is there a way to retrieve this email if it doesn't populate using that link? It has retrieved emails from Oct 18th but not the Oct 22nd email I need. Thank you in advance.
