When am try tring to change password of : *** Email address is removed for privacy *** but we get following message."We are sorry, but an error has occured. This problem has been logged and support has been notified. Please try again later. If the error persists please contact support."

And same account we try configure to MS Outlook not possible to aconnect and its asking password every time.

Kindly clear this help us to slove this issue.
