I am changing laptop and moving to windows 10 at the same time.  Old laptop, windows 8.  Old laptop mail app is Windows live mail 2012.  One of my requirements is data continuity from the old laptop to new, including storage folders that contain about 10 years worth of email history.  As I understand it the windows 10 mail app, although it supports folders, are not the same type of folder, i.e. a place to store old emails.  Can someone let me know what my options are, please?  I have tried installing Windows Essentials including live mail under windwos 10 on the new laptop, but this is not working and i'm told this combination is not supported.
