My email stopped working on 10/31. I posted here but none of the suggested solutions worked. Emails I sent show up in my sent file but are not delivered to the recipients. Emails sent to me are bouncing back to the senders. I was able to reach Microsoft
Customer Support. They instructed me to set up a temporary email account to communicate, which i did. They sent me the following message on Friday morning:
"We are writing to let you know that we have received your request for support and will reply within 24 hours. If you don’t see a message from us within 24 hours, check to see if email..."
It's now been 48 hours and I have received no further communication from Microsoft Customer Support. Can anyone help? I am in the middle of a job search and I am missing critical emails from potential employers. PLEASE HELP!!
