I have been unable to open the Outlook email since yesterday.    I have received 2 money transfers which I am urgently in need to receive.    Other then opening a new account and changing all my information is there any way to access those emails?

 

What is creating this problem?   Any estimated time when it will be fixed?   What is frustrating me is that in the "current status" option it indicates "running normally"  with a green checkmark..... 

You should have a team running around the clock as your clients are not all in Eastern Standard time !!
