- I've been trying to recover my password from a game (https://www.molten-wow.com/) but i never get the email with a link to retrieve my password. It has been absolutely confirmed that the Email associated with my '''account''' Is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** . They told me to contact microsoft(or outlook) support to see what the problem is. I followed some steps from google such as putting the site(and site's email) in a Safe sender email, but still I'm getting no emails. I also tried to see if Molten's site is blacklisted, but it is not. So I'm wondering if there is anything wrong my with Hotmail account?. That has been happening for over 2 months already, I tried several solutions, but none worked for me. Is there any possible way to see where these emails(from this site)are being forwarded? Or if I'm getting the email, then whats happening ?. Thanks in advice
