On December 18, 2014 I lost all of my inbox email messages.  This included over 500 messages that were stored by my server, Cox Communications, on Cox's webmail page.  I have never had such a problem prior to using Windows Live Mail.  I have had lengthy discussions with Cox technicians and they assure me the problem lies with Microsoft.  I have already tried the various solutions listed in previous discussion threads and nothing has worked.  Needless to say, I am very upset.  What do you suggest I do to see if these messages can be recovered?
