For those of you who want to use Windows Live Mail with Windows 10, the email that you used with Windows 7, I did the following:

I downloaded Windows Live Mail onto my new computer that has Windows 10 on it and then I called my internet provider to help me set it up.  The cust. rep. walked me through it, step by step.  Now it works beautifully.  You may want to give that a try.  I hope this helps.
