I have been using office on my mac now for a month with no real problems.  I know I have not received all my emails however as people have tried to send them to me numerous times with no success.  

My second concern, just yesterday I opened my Mac and Outlook started downloading 1000 emails, either ones I had already deleted or sorted, or duplicates and now they are all under yesterday's date.  I don't have time to sort 1000 emails that I already sorted and I really hope we can sort this out and I'm afraid this will happen again and I don't want that to happen.

Any thoughts or advice, or help on this is greatly appreciated.
