I need HELP!  On Dec 13, 2013 I changed my security settings - later that day I was unable to log into my hotmail account from work.  When I arrived home I was able to log in but my entire inbox has been cleared.  I have had this email address for close to 20 years now.  I have read that others have experienced this same issue but have not seen any fixes.  What is going on and when can I expect this to be corrected?  Thanks, Lane
