I have gave them as much details as i can but they keep saying im not the owner therefore my account is temporarily blocked.

Im having a huge panic, as all my personal details from work, uni, wage slips, bank statements and online account information that i want back asap so im really worried i wont get it back please help me asap

im not sure how this website works so dont want to put the hacked email address on here so please reply with advise and help me asap before i have a breakdown
