I tried to send some photos and they hung up in my outbox.  I closed Windows Live and tried to get back into it to check my emails.  It won't open up I get a pop up that says there are tasks to be completed and I can't get into my account.  I have checked several post on this site and all of them refer to being able to get into Windows Live and I cannot.

How do I get into my Windows Live account and bypass this pop up?  Would appreciate any help on this.
