Hello,

Over the past month, my email address has been hacked multiple times. In each case, emails are sent from my address to others I have emailed in the past, sometimes many years ago. There are no messages in my Sent box to indicate that they came from my account. Yet when I replied to one of these emails that was sent to me from my email account to see if it was really coming from my account or just masked to appear that it was coming from me, I received the reply in my inbox, so it appears the emails are truly coming from my account.

I have deleted my contacts and the emailed keep being sent. Further, I have changed my password several times including choosing a more difficult password. This is ineffective since within days of changing the password, more email messages are sent. I have installed security software and malware detection program on my phone and computer including Microsoft Security Essentials and they show everything is fine and no malware was detected.

Please, can someone offer suggestions as to how to stop these spam emails from being sent from my email address? I have tried everything thatM is recommended by Outlook to stop and prevent this from happening, but nothing has worked.
