On 16.12.2015 I complied with an online request to update my Lenovo desktop computer. When this operation was complete I could not see or access my personal email folders. Telephone contact with BT, my email provider, eventually led to them pronouncing
that the folders cannot be retrieved. Similar contact with Lenovo led to use of the Restore facility in the computer. This also failed to achieve my objective. Can someone please suggest further action I might take?
