I am trying to move my Windows Mail folders from Vista to Windows 8.1. I have saved the Windows Mail local folders to a USB Seagate drive and also have exported contacts and messages from the Vista Windows Mail app to the same Seagate drive. When I connect the USB drive to the Windows 8.1 machine, those files are not visible to Windows 8.1.  This blows my mind.
