Right when I want to back up my email and storage folders the Windows Live Mail export function is not working. I have followed all of the recommendation of going off-line and exporting to a temporary new folder on my desktop, but it does not work. Even if I try one folder it does not work. All I get are a bunch of folders will one email in them. I did this successfully before prior to upgrading to win 8.1 but now des not work. Can anyone help ?
