Issue started yesterday, 8-15-2013. Same problem occurs in IE10 and in Firefox. I am on a laptop running Windows 7; IE 10, Silverlight is installed; IE has the latest service packs and so on. I tried a system restore to 8-12 but this had no effect. I tried running IE with no plugins but this also had no effect.

I can sign in to my Hotmail (now Outlook) account with no problem. Once I am signed in, however, on the page where the email list should be displayed, the graphics are not displaying -- I am seeing an 'X' in place of each graphic -- and I can see some headings and bulleted lists on a blue/white background. Most of the links are unresponsive. I can see the titles of the emails, the date they were delivered, and who sent them, but I cannot open the emails.

I can, however, get into the emails if I go to my Hotmail/Outlook account through my tablet. I tried this only after I had been unable to access my emails from the laptop.
