In outlook I receive my emails in 'chains' whereas I used to receive them listed one by one. Now when a new email arrives the name of the sender only remains on the visible list as long as no new emails are added to the chain. As soon as another email is added to the chain the name of the previous sender drops off the visible list of senders and as other email are added the particular sender drops further back and becomes increasingly difficult to find. Sometimes it is also hard to open emails further down the chain, and their attachments seem to disappear and reappear. I cannot work with this new system - it is very confusing and time wasting. Can I change some setting to restore the original system whereby all inbox emails stay on the visible list until I want to move them or delete them???
