Hello i have filled all forms and still no help what so ever. I have been blocked from my account, I dont use it to send emails and i dont have any special folders in my account either. I dont have an xbox account so now how am i suppose to access my account. My alternate email is no longer in use. I had to open a new hotmail account just to post this because i was blocked from my other account. Why all the run around and why no real live tech help. My hotmail account has been open well over five yrs now. Im the only one who knows the password. I recently changed iphones and thats where the whole problem started. I have all my contacts and contact emails in this account. I have nothing written down. Please help. I really exausted every possible way of accessing my account.
