As of two months ago or so, i cannot sign into my k********* Email address is removed for privacy *** account. It says that someone else is trying to access my account which is not the case. I tried logging into the account from my phone and thats when these problems started. It was ok for a while because I could access it through the other accounts option on my other hotmail account. The problem now is that I no longer have this option since it changed to outlook and I have no way of accessing my email. I do not remember my secret question but I answered all the questionnaire questions accurately and I can verify that because I print screened the account while it was still on hotmail so the answers cant be wrong. however, it keeps telling me that they are wrong. So, i would really appreciate it if you could help me out because this is becoming beyond frustrating and I have important emails that i need to access.
