I have been trying for a week now to recover my email. Apparently it has been hacked and now blocked. The email was set up so long ago that I do not know some of the recovery questions and some questions do no apply to how we use our email. I have contacted microsoft and they sent me to some 2nd or 3rd party technical support whom I have paid $69.99 to fix my problem. They said that they have it fixed on their end, all I have to do now is answer the recovery questions and get microsoft to unblock it. I do have a case number with microsoft and a case number with the 3rd party people whom I paid the money to. Microsoft's case number is 1213711363. Are you able or willing to talk by phone so that I can let you know everything that I have done? I will give you my number if that is an option. The email that has been blocked is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. We use this email for our business and that is the name of our company, so I really do not want to change my email but I will if it is a last resort. Please help me! Thanks, Deb
