Dear Microsoft Community
I have a problem accessing my email,
a week ago i found that my email had begin to send email by it self , i knew that it had being hacked then i got problem and i was not able to sign in.
i tried the normal steps of using the option of i cant remember my password and i found that the available way to send me email was not useful for me as one of my two alternative email was also hacked so i cant get the password on it ... so i tried filling the verification page but every time i got an email telling me due to many unsuccessful tries your mail have been blocked and now i am stoked in this infinite loop and i don't know what to do .. and i need to access this email urgently and i cant cancel this account .. so please help me to retrieve it back
