We use MailChimp to communicate with our members on a regular basis. We have some members that use a @live.com email account. Those emails have a hard bounce and get cleaned by the services. Meaning, they are not usable. When we use KickBox to verify the email we get " Email address was rejected by SMTP server". 

What does that mean and how can it be fixed?
