Over approximately the last 3 weeks, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has been blocked about 4-5 times, and each time, we've unblocked the account by receiving a text mesg or automated call to our cell phone.
To prevent this from re-occurring in the future, we'd like to know what action's we're doing with this account that Microsoft feels should be blocked to prevent further actions for occurring. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
