A friend received a message from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** claiming that I had complained about an email he sent me. I never did.

I'm wondering if *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is bogus and suspect the complaint message my friend received didn't even come from Hotmail.

Can anybody shed any light on this?
