My email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** was hacked some time ago, after being unable to access the account and having heard complaints from family and friends I decided to simply set up a new email address, however I recently became aware that this email address contains many photographs which no longer exist anywhere else, along with emails from old friends whom I wish to contact again and will not be able to without accessing this account. I filled out the questionaire but sadly could not remember enough details for Microsoft to approve that the account was mine. I would greatly appreciate if anyone can help me to access my account, it is very important to me. Thank you.
