I have two accounts one Microsoft pjs which my primary alias and the Paul75L which is the Outlook alias account, on 10/30/13 the status of these accounts were changed without my knowledge! Now my primary is send only and the alias is send and receive, The problem is that the alias send in the primary name and I can't switch them back! The primary is critical, I have had this address since 2004, I need to reverse this now!
