I'm trying to find out where is my email LIVE account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) that WAS connected to my main email LIVE account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)?
I cannot find it in order to directly sign into it.
I have tried to submit a help ticket but the response was of no help. I was told to re-submit the form to "Re-Cover your Microsoft Account"
When I input the lost email account the form automatically defaults to an error message that states that that email account cannot be found.
Well, duh!!!
When I put in an ALTERNATE name (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) that was used for that lost email account, the form accepts it but then I receive an email from the Microsoft help desk stating that the info was insufficient for the AUTOMATED system to validate account ownership.
More info was requested despite the fact that I supplied the form with the password, the birthday, and the last 4 of the credit card used.
Since this lost account was an under-used email account for future use, the info submitted is all the info I had.
Because I did not know this was going to happen, I have recently supplied this email addresses to business associates and I am expecting responses very soon.
