The latest emails cant be seen and we are receiving emails from 2012. only 2-3 folders can be seen The language is changed to tamil.
We have tried to reach Microsoft, but the link they send ( https:/account.live.com/confirm) to enter code, didn't work. So how/and what shall we do.
What do you think has happened? Has the hacker messed it up or the Microsoft is protecting the account?
