My account was locked about a year or so now due to someone hacking it and managing to changing the passwords and security questions since then i haven't been able to completely regain control i've managed to change the password once or twice and then it got locked. Im guessing due to the fact the hacker was trying to regain control of the account as well . This email account is important to me it has some vital account information for several sites/ games i play and use. 

Please provide help if you can i don't want to see automated messages otherwise i am just going to lose my temper with it.
