last week, I added Microsoft 10 to my computer (by mistake because I am not ready to learn new technology).  I need to access my email messages, which I read every day as I have documents, etc. to send to others. The message on my computer says that mail is not yet synced.  I know I have a lot of documents on the email; however, I need to respond to others.  Help me please.  I have waited for 3 days and need it today.
