I have just uninstalled windows essentials 2011 and reinstalled version 2012. Im running windows 8.1 on my desktopWhen I sign into live mail I get a window that says  Sorry there was a problem signing you in. I can sign into my misrowsoft accout with the same user name and password , It just will not work with the sign in for live mail . Please help Ive tried ever thing thats been written to fix windows live mail and nothing seems to work . Ed
