I realize this question has been asked and answered several times.  However, so far ............I have repaired Windows Live.  That didn't help.  Then I downloaded the latest version of the video driver.  That didn't help.  Then I uninstalled the whole Windows Essential (at least all the parts it allows).  Rebooted the computer.  Downloaded and installed the latest version from Microsoft.  BUT...  I still get the same error message and can't open the program.  HELP!  (oh yes - I have scanned for viruses too!)
