I have shot video that contains people's names and other private information...  

How do I pixelate or otherwise "edit out" their name, yet keep the rest of the video clip intact? 

It would be similar to "blurring their face" to protect their identity. 

I am working with both Movie Maker and WindowsLive Movie Maker... Windows Vista OS.
