My mobile was playing up so local phone company installed Outlook.com saying it'd solve problem which it didn't and since then I cant use Hotmail account on phone, laptop or tablet. The only thing that seems to happen is 5 of my old e-mails keep sending and I end up with 100's of the same things in sent box which I have to delete every day. Any suggestions how I stop that happening which I'm hoping will also solve my access problem?
