I sent the same e-mail to three e-mail addresses from my work e-mail today.  It took 5 minutes to get to my gmail account and over an hour to get to one of my outlook.com accounts and over 7 hours to get to my other outlook.com account.  Why is this?  What is wrong with outlook.com?
