Since changed the password etc and regained access but forgot password -
phone number also changed due to harassment from ex partner as are related email accounts
Unable to access account .
Have submitted the "give me my account back form" > 3x - No e-mail response received .
Live ID only used for X-Box live , X-Box live now suspended and ask to contact cannot get services up as cannot provide this e-mail .
Now paying for a service I'm not receiving .
Terrible telephone support from X-Box live, who refused to help as I can't log into my account ( because microsoft have not returned access to my e-mail account back to me) . Abusive, aggresive,unhelpful behaviour from call centre staff . Well aware of the DPA as I am an employee of the worlds leading bank . refused to accept any other forms of identification which would have fallen well within this legislation
Absolutely disgusted with the service .
Sort my probablem out ASAP or I will be making a formal complaint and be in contact with watchdog
