I am struggling to create an e-mail signature that displays uniformly irrespective of the address (and thus platform) to which I send it. If I send an e-mail to my wife (who uses Lotus Notes), my e-mail signature (created in MS word and copied and pasted into the Putlook signature) does not display correctly in my message she receives and then also not in her reply. Most notably, our company logo does not appear and the spacing changes - this then looks quite unprofessional.
If I convert my signature to a Jpeg file it comes out perfectly. However, our organisation is quite large (approximately 3,000 employees) and only about 5 people have Adobe Professional (which is required to safe the signature as a Jpeg). Is there any other way of ensuring that my e-mail signature will reflect on all platforms the same way it reflects on my PC or will we have to save every single user's signature individually as a Jpeg?
Thank you.
Herco
