I have Windows 10 and use Windows Live Mail for my e-mail and normally it performs quite well. Now I can send e-mail but NOT receive it. I called Costco Concierge and they sent me further to Microsoft. After spending 1 hour on the phone with them and getting disconnected and calling back once again (very frustrating) they told me they could fix it for a one time fee of $99.00 or $147.00 for a year. I cannot really afford that and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Carole..........Since I cannot get into my E-Mail I will look back here for a response.
