I currently am using two different  bridge cameras both with their own SDHC 32 GB memory cards. I don't delete my pictures from these cards,  I ultimately store them when full as a kind of backup. Then fit a new blank card to the camera. Previously when using 4, 8 and 16 GB cards I had no problem transferring pictures onto my laptop or PC.  Photo Gallery programme would always differentiate between old and new pictures and only copy the new ones to the computers.

The problem I am having now since I started using 332GB cards is that everything on them is being copied over and over. I have to use the option to tick little boxes against previous files to stop them being copied, which, with 1000's of pics gets a bit tiresome! Is there an answer to this problem? Will photo gallery ever copy from 32 GB cards without duplicating? Many thanks Jim Eaton.
