My wife uses Outlook Express 6 to access her emails from her account at TWC.com.  The problem is that she gets duplicate copies of every email recieved in Outlook.  However, if she goes into the TWC website to view her emails there is only one copy.  We have contacted the TWC technical support and they say somehow the Outlook program is asking for the messages twice from their server and they cannot fix the problem on their end.  The tech reps at TWC say that it is a problem with the Outlook Express program and we should consult Microsoft.  Has anyone else encountered this problem or have a suggestion?
