I am using outlook.com and my client is Windows Live Mail (WLM). My ISP has confirmed that my settings are correct. I want to delete each email from outlook.com after I have downloaded them to WLM. This works most of the time. Occasionally an email does not get deleted from outlook.com so it gets resent to WLM next time WLM retrieves emails from outlook.com hence giving me duplicate emails on WLM. It is random as to which emails do not delete. I have instances where I have triplicate emails on WLM. Please help!!!
