I currently have a hotmail account, a gmail.com account and a third account for my business. i have them set up to all come to my hotmail account.  i  did not set this up and the person who did can no longer help me. the problem i have is firstly, i recieve duplicate emails. and secondly, after a while the emails go into my deleted folder which means i miss them as i mostly read emails on my phone. 

any ideas how to solve this
