I have a Hotmail account which was accessed via Outlook. We now have a new PC with windows 8.1. E-mails go out saying "from windows Mail".

I appeared to have lost all the groups I had set up.

I have just installed Windows essentials, and rediscovered all my groups. However, when I send an e-mail, it seems to go at least twice - presumably because I can access e-mails via windows Live or Hotmail direct. How can I stop outgoing e-mails being duplicated?
