My Windows Live Mail has over the past few weeks been populated with duplicate contacts which I cannot delete.  The delete button is greyed and the right click delete is not available.  The clue seems to be that the original addresses show as Personal and the duplicate ones as Network and Personal.   Also there are 6 contacts which just show a Q if I right click on them I can't delete them and I have no idea where they came from.  I feel angry and frustrated and would welcome help to sort this problem which is affecting my category lists which are important to me.
