My WLM has created dual identical accounts for each e-mail.  When I receive e-mail, no problem.  When I send mail, the first account sends and the second account has nothing to send, and goes offline.  It says I am "not connected" and I must restart mu computer.  Can't delete one of the two dual accounts, cause it deletes both.  Deleted and relaoded Windows Essentials, and just reloaded dual accounts.  This all started when I loaded Windows 10, but went back to Windows 7.  Ridiculous that I have to restart my computer every time I send an e-mail.   Help!
