I am infuriated with win8 email. The metro version does not have a forwarding option, I cannot pin it to the task bar, this option does not show.

Outlook.com just deleted my draft email with the message; 

"If you're not ready to send a message, click "Save draft". That way you can come back here and finish it when you're ready."

and are no buttons at all on the screen (like save the draft). I had previously saved the draft but the Draft folder is now empty!

What is going on, this stuff makes me so frustrated... PLEASE HELP me understand how to fix this.
